This feed tracks financial flows across four stages: legislation (Congressional bills and votes), contracts (DoD awards, DSCA arms sales, USAspending, SAM.gov), grants (Grants.gov, World Bank, EU CORDIS), and market signals (Polymarket, Kalshi, Manifold, ECB Forex).
The Money Flow Score is a weighted composite: contracts are weighted 3x, grants 2x, legislative and market signals 1x each, normalized to 0-100. Higher scores indicate more financial activity detected.
